My wife took my 3 year old son here because he had a few rotten teeth that he needs surgery on. He's been in terrible pain and after an hour and a half wait they finally saw him. When they went to schedule a surgery to fix it, the lady was nasty to my wife. She made my wife cry. I'm extremely upset that they would treat customers like that. Even though he is on Medicaid at the moment because I was between jobs. This lady acted as if people who need Medicaid are bad people. I understand they don't get paid from Medicaid like they would from other insurances but it's a shame to treat people like they did. Stop accepting Medicaid patients if it's that big of a deal.
